Another wave of price increases in international shipping is coming
Danish shipping company Maersk has announced the latest and latest peak season surcharges from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore to several African destinations.
Starting from April 15th, Maersk will increase the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all containers from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore to the Gambia, as follows:

This Copenhagen based shipping company will also implement PSS upgrades on all containers shipped from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore to Senegal, Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Cape Verde, and Mali starting from April 15th.
