Arkas International Shipping Route Joins the Efficient Channel between the Mediterranean and West Africa
Arkas announced the merger of its Blue Mediterranean Service (BMS) and West Africa Service (WAS) into a single, simplified network - Mediterranean Africa Service (MAS).
According to DynaLiner, this new service will be operated by 10 vessels ranging from 1600 to 2500 TEUs, improving efficiency and coverage between the Mediterranean and West Africa.
The updated rotation connects the main ports of two regions: Alexandria, Beirut, Lattakia, Mersin, Aliaga, La Spezia, Genoa, Casablanca, Dakar, Lagos (Apapa & Tincan), Tema, Abidjan, Nouakchott, Tangier, Valencia, Barcelona, Marseilles, La Spezia, Genoa, Salerno, Then return to Alexandria
This merger is expected to increase the frequency, reliability, and overall network connectivity of Arkas' customers trading between the Mediterranean and West Africa.
